This work analyzes the two following short stories Aqueles dois by Caio Fernando Abreu and Ipanema blues by Waldir Leite.The former shows how he deals with homoerotism by using a lyrical language, more sugestive than descriptive, while the latter uses a rough language emphasizing sexual scenes details.Caio Fernando Abreus short story, published in the 80s of last century, presents Horizontal Sensor peoples discriminatory and repressive behaviour whenever focing homoerotic relationship themes.This prejudice also emerges from the lacks of maturity of the society during that time concerning to homossexualism.
